Duty Manager

Lancaster Eden Bay is looking for a Duty Manager. The candidate will be ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, supervise the front office team and ensure all guests check ins and check outs are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Previous experience within the same role in a 5-star hotel is needed.
Flexible in working shifts.
English is a must. French is a plus
