We are a Lebanese offshore company established in Sin el-Fil and are looking for an Accounting Receivable Specialist with a BT or TS level and 1 or 2 years of experience able to work in a team.
Her mission involves managing the company's accounts receivable process, which includes issuing invoices, tracking payments, placing orders, ensuring timely payment from customers and issue turnover achievement.
It also includes resolving billing discrepancies, communicating with customers regarding payment issues, and collaborating with other departments such as sales and customer service to ensure accurate billing.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic. Fluency in French is a plus.
Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Salary in US. Dollars. Part time work (20 hours/week) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday off
