• Follows his line manager instructions and works on immediate implementation.
• Maintains good working relationships with colleagues.
• Performs opening procedures, including turning on machines, performing the required calibration procedure especially the coffee machine and the grinders as well.
• Makes sure to replenish all items as needed and to deliver the shift to be ready for the next shift.
• Refers to the line manager whenever an equipment or utensils damage and makes sure readiness of all section.
• Makes sure that all equipment and utensils are well cleaned and sanitized.
• Prepares and serves all kind of cold and hot beverages.
• Serves all kind of sandwiches, salads and pastries.
• Monitors the receiving of ingredients and other supplies from suppliers / store keeper as required for daily operations.
• Performs the cleaning and disinfection of work areas, utensils, equipment.
• Maintains the proper functioning of the Espresso machine, Grinders, blenders, Brewers, chillers and freezers and makes sure closed control and follow up on all machineries
