Task & Responsibilities:‎
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.‎
• ‎Perform site visits to promote company’s products and services and negotiate ‎sales agreements.‎
• Take responsibility for relevant assigned projects.‎
• Assist customers in answering technical questions regarding installation, ‎operation and maintenance.‎
• Draw air conditioning system and deliver technical presentations to customers ‎that fit their needs.‎
• Record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.‎
• Coordinate pricing policies with the sales manager and the management team.‎
• Build and maintain a good relationship with the current and new customers.‎

Skills:‎
• Technical Skills: understanding the inner working of Air Conditioning system.‎
• Communication: communicating with others to convey information effectively.‎
• Customer service: interacting with customers to communicate effectively about ‎their needs.‎
• Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD.
‎
Related Experience:‎
• 1 year of experience in the Air Conditioning field.‎

Education:‎
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Oral and Written Comprehension: the ability to listen and read to and ‎understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and in ‎writing.‎
• Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in ‎speaking and writing so others will understand. ‎
