Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical, support information to customers.
- Provide sales quotations, solutions and technical support.
- Process sales orders.
- Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Obtain client feedback and coordinate with the team to check the progress of existing projects.
- Size & select appropriate equipment using our company software.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Conduct follow-ups on all proposal and achieve sales target.
- Handle, manage & update client records.

Skills:
- Technical Skills: understanding the inner working of Air Conditioning system.‎
- Communication: communicating with others to convey information effectively.‎
- Customer service: interacting with customers to communicate effectively about ‎their needs.‎
- Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD.‎

Related Experience:‎
- 2 years of experience in the Air Conditioning field.

Education:‎
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Abilities:‎
- Oral and Written Comprehension – the ability to listen and read to and ‎understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and in ‎writing.‎
- Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in ‎speaking and writing so others will understand. ‎
