The Valet is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles for customers in a courteous and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure parking environment. The role requires good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Distribute and document tickets stubs according to set procedures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring that they are secured and properly parked.
• Keep parking areas clean and well-organized, ensuring that all vehicles are parked in an orderly fashion.
• Keep track of keys, ensuring that they are properly tagged and accounted for at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe and secure parking environment.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding parking fees and other services offered by the valet parking company.








Qualifications

• Can read and write in Arabic.
• Prior experience as a valet. (is a plus)
• Excellent driving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
