Role Purpose:
To plan and drive retail operations and to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, increase in customer satisfaction, oversee maintenance and security, and continued business growth of shopping mall.


Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the Mall’s budget
2. Manage the Mall P&L
3. Maximize productivity targets (sales per sqft, ATV, Conversion etc)
4. Negotiate and manage leases, contracts, and agreements with vendors, tenants, and contractors
5. Coordinate promoting events, activities, and campaigns
6. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines
7. Implement loss prevention policies and protect mall assets
8. Ensure consistent optimal customer experience


Required Qualification and Skills:
• University graduate with a degree in Business Management or any related field.
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in the retail industry, preferably in the same position.
• Computer literate with knowledge of standard office software applications
• Advanced Knowledge of retail processes and retail industry
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Good understanding of brands and markets segment profile
