**Job Title: Decision Analytics Expert**

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Decision Analytics Expert to analyze data, develop models, and provide actionable insights that will support decision-making processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and a keen ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable strategies.

**Responsibilities:**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to monitor them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in data analytics and apply them to enhance organizational performance

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Decision Analytics Expert, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 10-15 years of experience
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
