A reputable FMCG Company located in Bchamoun, Industrial Area looking for a Lab Technician in the Production and Quality Control Department.

Qualifications:
- Technical degree (TS) in Quality and Food Safety or related field.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and laboratory protocols is a must.
- Experience in a food industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform chemical and physical tests using laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Record and analyze data accurately, maintaining detailed documentation of test results and observations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and quality control to address any quality issues or process improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory space and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in food testing and quality assurance.
