Saccal Sigma is currently seeking to hire Procurement Officer.


Responsibilities & Duties:
• Identify and engage with suppliers to source high-quality spare parts for generators
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains
• Prepare budgets for the purchase of spare parts and ensure adherence to financial limits
• Conduct cost analysis to identify potential savings and optimize procurement costs
• Manage inventories of spare parts to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
• Research and evaluate prospective suppliers to ensure they meet the company's quality and reliability standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in purchasing spare parts for generators or related mechanical parts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office
