Key Account Manager - Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:
• Secure and expand business with clients to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and timely recording of field activities.
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports.
• Report client service/product complaints and safety concerns promptly.
• Update marketing on the progress and feedback of initiatives.
• Provide input for improving marketing activities based on feedback and competitor activities.
• Meet sales goals and market share targets within the territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, hospitals, and clinics.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry, products, and trends.
• Assist the Regional Accounting Department with collections.
• Handle client communication on challenging situations.
• Prepare reports on client competitive activities and suggest actions.
• Provide competitor information to relevant departments.
• Monitor market tenders and report opportunities promptly.

Qualifications:
. Pharmacist
• Proven experience in account management or sales within the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry, products, and competitor trends.
• Experience 2 to 3 years in the same field
