Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to join our team at Café Local (Nabatieh). As a Barista,
you will be responsible for crafting and serving exceptional coffee beverages while providing
excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Bar and coffee Preparation: Set up the bar and prepare and serve a variety of coffee
and espresso and based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks,
with attention to detail and consistency.
2. Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers, take orders, and provide
recommendations based on their preferences, take customers feedback.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment are
clean and well-maintained.
4. Cash Handling: Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale
system.
5. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
6. Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the coffee and food menu items to answer
customer questions and make recommendations.
7. Cleanliness: Keep the coffee preparation area and serving area clean and organized.

Requirements:
 Previous experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or cafe is preferred but not required.

 Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different coffee beans and brewing
methods.
 Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
 Knowledge of coffee equipment and brewing techniques.

 Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
