This includes monitoring food and beverage costs, labor costs, overhead expenses, and other operational expenses to ensure the financial health and profitability of the entire chain. The cost controller would work closely with each restaurant's management team to analyze cost data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality and service standard
