Monitor the GPS system by ensuring all vehicles are equipped with an operational GPS unit system
-Analyze the figures and provide an analytic study for the outcomes to optimize cost reduction.
-Inspect and record the condition of vehicles, by maintaining monthly checklist files and ---ensuring that vehicle logbooks are accurately filled on the GPS system, Fleet Run application, and Excel.
-Coordinate and ensure vehicle registration, mechanic, and insurance issuance/renewal
-Prepare monthly fleet reports indicating vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and overspeed.

Candidate Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
-3 years of experience in fleet management in an organization
-Confident in supporting drivers in the use and maintenance of vehicles
