Scope of Work:
The person handling this position is responsible of supporting in the implementation of management systems.
Such projects cover designing workflows, implementing management systems, following up with clients on executed activities, auditing and reporting to the head of department (HOD) and clients on the status of the project.

Tasks:
1- Assessing risks and proposing control measures from written procedures
2- Implementing management systems i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301…
3- Writing policies, procedures and processes related to the required management system
4- Testing the adaptability, effectiveness and efficiency of designed workflows
5- Conducting external audits
6- Presenting the management weekly report on weekly basis
7- Travelling for external and certification audit
8- Travelling for the implementation of management system
9- Travelling for client support

Skills:
1- Good interpersonal communication written and verbal
2- Good listener
3- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems

6- Ability to work under pressure
7- Ability to communicate in Frech - English & Arabic

Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
