A leading Architecture and Engineering Consultancy Firm is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join its team in Beirut.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of recruitment initiatives, policies, and processes in an effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with line managers to understand their scope of work, staffing needs, and requirements.
• Develop job descriptions and job specifications for open positions.
• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and recruitment platforms. (LinkedIn, GulfTalent, Bayt.com, University portals,)
• Source candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials.
• Coordinate with the hiring manager and HRD to draft job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
• Design and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires.
• Prepare necessary paperwork and conduct orientation sessions for new employees
• Provide information about company policies, culture, and benefits to new employees.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment, tools, and access to systems.
• Assist new employees with their initial training and integration into the organization.
• Follow up on employees’ end of probationary assessments and feedback.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Human Resources concepts and practices
• Knowledge of Lebanese labor law
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and current trends
