Outdoor Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to promote our beauty and medical supply products to pharmacies, doctors, and other channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maximum sales profitability in the pharmaceutical industry and be able to establish strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff. They will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base in a designated territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products, as well as identifying new sales opportunities and growing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in pharmacies, doctors' offices, yoga centers, and beauty clinics based on Brand Guidelines and Marketing strategy.
  • Check the missing items, and check the cosigned items at the client’s store to prepare replenishment orders.
  • Control the selling process to clients to ensure achieving targets and increasing turnover.
  • Boost the sales of all the handled portfolios by brand to ensure productive daily visits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas for the assigned territory.
  • Educate pharmacists, pharmacy staff, and all B2B on the features and benefits of our products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training as needed.
  • Continuously identify new sales opportunities within the territory
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Attending trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities, specifically the marketing team.
  • Prepare all requested reports on the CRM and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in Social Media videos about the product line when needed.
  • Assist and facilitate in setting up events with respective clients.
  • Come up with Social Media ideas with the marketing team for upcoming events and to promote our customers’ use of our products.
  • Handle management responsibilities partially until the probation period is over, and by then if chosen to take a management position the job description will be updated accordingly.
  • Keeping track of items in stock on the CRM software and informing the management promptly so new orders can be placed on time.
  • Handle communication with customers promptly, avoiding any disagreements with the clients. In case of any misunderstanding created by the client please keep records via emails, screenshots, or voice notes to follow up accordingly and in a professional manner.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • A deep understanding of beauty and makeup products is essential for success in this role. The Outdoors Sales Representative must stay updated on product features, benefits, and usage instructions. They may conduct training sessions for retail staff or provide product knowledge support for clients.
  • Participate in product training and workshops to enhance knowledge of products and techniques.
  • Be proactive in asking for any training needed in case any product or process is misunderstood or needs clarification.

Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams, is essential. Sales is the main point of contact for clients and ensures effective communication and collaboration between all parties.
  • Keep records and build customers’ database services to provide personalized services, including but not limited to informing them about promotions.

Collection and Receivables

  • Work with Accounting to collect overdue payments and regular dues whenever possible.
  • Ensure the monthly collection target is achieved with the help of the accounting team.
  • Monitor the client’s account statement to ensure accuracy with the help of the accounting team.

Data Collection:

  • Perform market research to collect data concerning competitors’ sales. promotions, new products, marketing strategies, and Skin Care Advisors and activities to stay up-to-date and be able to compete in the market.
  • Fill daily sales reports to monitor the visits to clients and their orders.

Merchandising:

  • Apply merchandising on displays and marketing tools by following the brand’s strategy to enhance the brand’s visibility and increase sales.
  • Report back all displays before and after.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in outdoor sales and preferably working with Dermatologist and pharmacies
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Experience in yearly deals and contracts with Pharmacies and doctors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
