Liban Lait is the name of the largest dairy farm in Lebanon, founded in 1997. Liban Lait produces and distributes dairy products in Lebanon. It has a franchise agreement with Candia, the leading producers of UHT milk in France, allowing it to manufacture and distribute products under the Candia brand name.

The main role of the Cashier is to handle the money collected from the sales team and ensure there isn’t any discrepancy between the amount collected and the related documents.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Print out and hand PALM report including invoices, returns and receipts to each salesperson upon their arrival.
• Collect the invoices, receipts and returns hard copies from the sales team and consolidate the data into a report.
• Highlight discrepancies between the prepared reports and the hard copies, and analyze the differences.
• Collect the money gathered from the market from the sales team, ensure the amount matches the receipts, and ensure the sales team pays the difference in case of a shortage.
• Hand the amount of money collected from the sales team to the sales accountant.
• Perform data entry of receipts done by hand.
• File invoices, returns, receipts and reports.
• Update the report with missing data and information about collection.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor / TS Degree in accounting
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
