Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient and cost-effective
management of inventory, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures, policies, and strategies to optimize productivity and meet customer/client requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff including receiving, orders processing, cleaners, helpers...etc.
- Manage inventory levels, identify and address any storage or flow bottlenecks
Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with the transportation, logistics, and procurement teams to align warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team and ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, budgets, and productivity metrics
