Summary:

You will represent Medispharm Drugstore as a salesperson, focusing your attention on OTC pharmacy products. You will also be responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.

Job Description:

Your main duties will focus on, but not limited to:

- Organize regular client calls to discuss their requirements.
- Ensure that best-selling products are available on pharmacies shelves
- Monitor slow sellers and recommend solutions for improved growth in sales
- Maintain the appearance of our products in our customer’s pharmacies
- Meet monthly targets set by the company for sales and collections.
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through relevant assistance, by meeting their needs, handling their objections as well as following up on deals and new prospects.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with the pharmacists.
- Monitoring competitor’s activities and competitor’s products

Requirements:

- University degree with at least 2 years of Experience in outdoor pharmaceuticals sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills
