An Architecture and Contracting firm in Ashrafieh is looking to hire an Architect Project manager

10 years’ experience , minimum 3 years of experience on site , contracting company or survey from architectural side office , on execution process

Responsibilities:
.following on site and office / design department / foreman and clients the good execution of the project

. adapting design during construction phase

. quantities survey and BoQ according to execution
.Managing / following on communication clients
. Preparing and sending price offers to clients

. Having a clear view on delivery dates for projects and weekly reminder on these key dates
. Archiving on server properly on all correspondence
. Having a clear view on weekly and monthly Minutes of meeting for each project
. Managing closely on yearly objectives for projects abroad and locally and assessing every 3 months on it

. Weekly follow up with key players on project
. Communication skills is a must
. Capacity of dealing with Conflicts and resolving
. Multitask capabilities
. Working under pressure
