Job overview:
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for technical implementations within the unified communications department, and for providing support on technical escalations.

Job functions and responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate time schedule for the project's execution within the project scope of work.
- Maintain proper documentation and updates of projects or incidents using company tools and CRM.
- Coordinate with your team members and team leader for technical escalation.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Pursue specialized training to further career advancement.
- Responsible for installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or network solution design for Cisco unified communications product.

Educational qualifications:
- BS in Computer / Network / Communications / Engineering.

Skills and competencies:
- 1 to 3 years of networking experience (preference in UC and Collaboration).
- Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP…) are desirable.
- Install and configure Cisco Unified Communications solutions, especially Cisco call manager and voice gateways.
- Knowledge in networking concepts.
- Collaboration experience, particularly in implementing Cisco unified communications solutions (Cisco contact center experience is a plus).
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge in software development (SQL, Java)
- Good Team player
