Service Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support to our customers throughout Lebanon. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of technical equipment. You will also play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

•Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment at customer sites
•Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
•Perform repairs and replacements as needed
•Provide technical support and training to customers
•Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Qualifications:

•Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electronic Engineering or BT or TS in Electronics.
•0-2 years of experience in a similar role
•Strong understanding of electronic principles and troubleshooting techniques
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Valid Lebanese driver's license
