A responsible valet driver who has the utmost respect for all customers, their cars and their belongings. Adept at driving any type of vehicle, working within a system and making sure that a customer’s vehicle is retrieved quickly and safely.  

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a pleasant manner and inquire into their car parking needs 
• Provide customers with information on valet parking fees, policies and procedures 
• Drive customers’ vehicles to designated parking locations in a safe manner 
• Ascertain that vehicles are properly parked in designated lots and locked before being left alone 
• Escort customers to their vehicles if they forget which area they parked in 
• Ascertain that keys and remotes are returned as soon as the car is handed over 
• Ascertain the cleanliness and maintenance of parking lots to ensure both customer and vehicle safety 
• Ensure all entrance areas are free and clear from congestion for arrivals and departures of vehicles in an expedient manner 
• Report all car maintenance issues to Operations Manager immediately 
• Report for duty with a professional appearance and dress to standards

Education & Experience
• There are no education requirements, but you must have a valid driver's license. Training is done on the job 
• Operate all type of vehicles (Manual and regular transmission)  
• Proficient in the Arabic language (verbal & written) 
• Must hold a legal, valid Lebanese driving license with no penalties 
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective 
• Speed: Customers want their cars quickly and don't want to wait. Being able to quickly run back and forth to the car is key 
• Hand-eye Coordination: Valets will be driving someone else's car, and need to be careful 
• Customer Service: Valets need to be courteous to drivers and responsive to their needs. Good customer service means good tips 
• Stamina: Valets spend most of their time on their feet, running back and forth to cars
