Responsibilities:

• Design & Creativity: Develop and create designs tailored to the needs of our target market, blending artistic vision with market trends.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on current fashion trends and customer preferences to inspire and inform new design concepts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm, develop, and refine design ideas, ensuring a cohesive and innovative collection.
• Prototyping: Create detailed sketches, patterns, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life.
• Production Oversight: Monitor the production process to ensure designs are accurately realized in the final products, maintaining quality and design integrity.

Skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably with a focus on evening wear.
• Artistic Skills: Exceptional artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion trends and industry practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
