Soft Facility Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Soft Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all cleaning, landscaping, pest control and move furniture operations within the community. This role ensures that the community is maintained in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition to provide a safe and pleasant environment for all tenants. The Soft Facility Supervisor will lead a team of cleaning staff, coordinate cleaning schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development for cleaning staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and work assignments.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned according to the set standards and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure timely procurement and restocking of cleaning materials.
• Monitor the use and storage of cleaning chemicals to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform regular audits and inspections of cleaning activities and areas.
• Develop and maintain checklists and reports for tracking cleaning performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise landscaping activities, including lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, and irrigation.
• Coordinate with landscaping contractors and ensure they adhere to service level agreements.
• Monitor the health and appearance of plants, trees, and other green spaces.
• Oversee pest control measures to maintain a pest-free environment.
• Coordinate with pest control service providers for regular treatments and emergency responses.
• Manage the moving and arrangement of furniture for events, office setups, and relocations.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their furniture moving needs and timelines.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facilities management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
