We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our prestigious 5-star hotel in Ashrafieh, Beirut. The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring all financial transactions and operations are accurately recorded and balanced at the end of each day. This role involves working during the night shift, providing exceptional guest service, and handling administrative tasks to maintain smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reconciliation:

Balance and audit all hotel revenues and expenses.
Prepare daily financial reports and statements.
Reconcile and post transactions to the appropriate accounts.
Verify and adjust billing for hotel services and amenities.
Guest Services:

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during the night.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Operational Duties:

Oversee the security and safety of the hotel premises during the night shift.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any issues.
Prepare and distribute reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions.
Update and manage the hotel’s reservation system.
Perform data entry and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or accounting is a plus.
Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Work Environment:

This is a night shift position, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
The role requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds.
