Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Design, plan, develop and maintain the accounting system to provide an efficient control and improvement on the company’s financial activities.
• Review and take control over all contracts and subcontracts being signed on behalf of the company and keep monitoring their milestones and adherence.
• Take responsibility for preparing business plans, annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with all departments and establish a hub to link all departments’ modules with the main accounting and financial system of the company.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements.
• Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position.
• Partner with the software companies for the implementation of an advanced computerized reporting system ERP to link all departments to the main financial system.
• Keep monitoring the applicable procedures and processes and propose update if needed.
• Provide financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff.
• Prepare of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.

Related Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience in financial management required.

Education:
• BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Master’s Degree is a plus.
• CPA/ CMA related certificate is an asset.
