Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and align the activities of the production, packaging, warehousing, and maintenance supervisors.
- Ensure work floors are well kept, organized, and meet safety standards.
- Implement processing schedules and production orders in coordination with the production manager.
- Assist in receiving and dispatching shipments and orders by verifying correct quantity and quality to meet product standards in coordination with warehousing manager.
- Support staff organization and distribution to ensure optimum work efficiency.
- Support the safety and work training of new workers and monitor staff attendance records.
- Evaluate workers on the production and warehousing floors.
- Ensure safety standards are met in accordance with governmental and ISO requirements.
- Prepare and organize all data, forms, and processes conforming to ISO certification.
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or operational problems.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the correct data is uploaded to the ERP system.

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30 a.m-3:00 p.m. &Saturday 7:30 a.m-1:00 p.m
