Position: Production Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Production Manager to join our furniture and mattresses factory in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood, aluminum, and iron production, with a comprehensive understanding of all related productivity processes. This role involves managing the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of goods and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to final product delivery.
Ensure production targets are met within deadlines and budget constraints.
Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
Implement and monitor safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Manage a team of production staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to optimize production efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes and reduce costs.
Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 20 years of experience in production management within the furniture and mattresses manufacturing industry or a related field.
Extensive knowledge and experience in working with wood, aluminum, and iron.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using production management software and tools.
Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
