Restaurant Manager

Duties:
- Ensures personal grooming and uniform is to the required company standards.
- Participates in training sessions, briefings and meetings as required.
- Reviews distribution of the tips
- Monitors the staff schedule
- Proposes the manning to the Operation Manager
- Make sure that standards (such as: sequence of service, up selling techniques…) are being applied.
- Makes corrective action after receiving the Mystery Shopper report
- Follows up on employees’ incentive - ---
- Monitors the daily staff briefing
- Suggest on job training along with the Operations Manager for Chef de Rang and lower positions.
- Takes proper feedbacks from the guests and send it to the Operations Manager.
- In charge of the cutleries inventory along with the Restaurant Supervisor on duty
