Junior HR Officer

Overview: A Hospital in Beqaa is seeking a Junior HR Officer who will support the Human Resources department in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring that HR processes and policies are efficiently executed, and it involves close interaction with hospital staff and management to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training.
2. Employee Records and Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, job information, and benefits enrollment.
Prepare and process employment documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
3. Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support the HR team in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
4.Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and industry regulations.
Help in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
5. Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
6. Payroll and Benefits:
Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee attendance and leave records.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries, and ensure accurate benefits administration.
7. General HR Support:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 2 Years of experience in an HR role or an internship in human resources
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in work.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
