Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Rim Natural Spring Mineral Water S.A.L. The Production Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the bottling plant, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and meeting production targets. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, supervising staff, and collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules and workflows to meet company targets and deadlines.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment and managing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
