Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and passionate Dermocosmetics Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our dermocosmetic products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving market growth. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness and ensure our products are the top choice for consumers seeking high-quality, sustainable skincare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell Idun Minerals' dermo-cosmetic products to healthcare professionals, dermatologists, pharmacies, and beauty retailers.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing them with product information, training, and support.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Organize and participate in product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional events.

- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor in Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy is preferred

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong knowledge of dermocosmetics and skincare products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
