Fabrication Supervisor

• Coordination with stock keeper for raw item materials parts of fabrication machines
• Managing and supervising the fabrication team by distributing works’ tasks.
• Responsible of training the team members.
• Performing (scheduling and following up) preventive maintenance for the fabrication machines
• Performing and optimizing fabricated product BOM (build of materials)
• Performing possible corrective maintenance for fabrication machines when needed
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to repair any technical issue.
• Monitor the stock level for a three-months basis (raw materials and spare parts) in coordination with the stock keeper
• Daily Coordination with the production supervisors
• Collaborate with the design engineer to generate CNC code
• Interpret Fabrication drawings on ground with actual parts and issue discrepancy list
• Analyze the fabrication time and optimize the resources for better efficiency
