Social Media Customer Support Officer
We are hiring a customer support officer for our Social Media channels to manage customer queries and complaints and provide customer support including social media posts, direct messages, and online reviews.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products in order to answer customer questions (on social media platforms or via telephone)
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Reporting to Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience working with customer support.
• Preferably located in Beirut area.
• Knowledge in Shopify and e-commerce.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers
