customer outreach:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and share insights.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience in sales
fluent in English and Arabic.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A High school diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
