As Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Groups' financial records. Moreover, you will lead a team of 3 accountants, ensuring that all financial processes and tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Main Duties:
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audits.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance,
& or Accounting (Master's degree or certification will be a plus).
• At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese financial regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software (ERP) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• High level of integrity and attention to details.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
