The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily work of the accounting team to ensure compliance with Spectrum processes. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment plans, and deliver accurate financial reports to senior management and external partners.
Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of supplier and contractor statements.
Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and deadlines.
Municipality Payments: Follow up on payments and licenses to ensure timely completion.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess the performance of subordinates, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall effectiveness
