Role Overview

As our Community & Content Manager, you'll be engaging with our passionate user base, help creating educational content, and fostering a thriving community across Discord, X and YouTube. An understanding of trading principles, technical analysis, and fundamental research will be a plus for potential candidates. You'll also play a key role in driving organic and paid subscription growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management:
• Cultivate a vibrant and supportive community on Discord, facilitating discussions, answering questions, and moderating conversations.
• Develop engaging content for YouTube, including tutorials, webinars, market analyses, and Q&A sessions.
• Monitor social media channels and online forums for mentions of the company, responding to feedback and promoting our brand.
• Content Creation:
• Produce high-quality written and video content (blog posts, articles, social media posts) that educates users on trading strategies, backtesting methodologies, and other topics relevant to our user-base, this will be done with the help of our trading experts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials that highlight ourunique value proposition.
• Platform Education:
• Develop and deliver educational resources (webinars, workshops, guides) to help users understand and use our platform effectively.
• Organize & Host live sessions with expert traders to hare insights into their strategies and analysis.
• Market Research:
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, news, and developments in the financial markets across stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, and commodities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage this knowledge to create relevant and timely content for our community.
• Subscription Growth:
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new users to our free and paid subscription plans.
• Implement organic growth tactics, such as SEO optimization, social media campaigns, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and ROI.

Qualifications

• Essential:
• Proven experience in community management and content creation, ideally within the fintech space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with traders of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Proficient in creating engaging written and video content.
• Familiarity with Discord, X, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of trading & technical analysis across asset classes (stocks, crypto, forex, commodities).
• Knowledge of machine learning and big data analytics as applied to trading.
