Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize to meet KPIs such as ROI, CPA, CTR, and engagement rates.

2. Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively across different platforms.
- Ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget while achieving maximum performance.

3. Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign data and generate insights to inform future strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and insights.

4. Ad Creation and Optimization:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and strategies.

5. Platform Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, trends, and best practices for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Implement platform-specific strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

6. Audience Targeting:
- Define and refine target audiences for each platform.
- Utilize advanced targeting options to reach the most relevant audiences.

7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategies and effective communication.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred.
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
