Join our team as a Service Admin at Zouk Mosbeh.
The Service Admin position is responsible for supporting the proper operations in the branch including handling the procurement, and cashier processes. As well as supporting the operations coordination between the garage and showroom.

Job Responsibilities: not limited to
• Greet customers and cater to their service
• Ensure the customers are welcomed with hospitality
• Order and get quotations for required items and coordinate with the local purchase for item search and required items on application platforms and ordering.
• Coordinate with the contact center on customer appointments, customer concerns, feedback, and claims.
• Ensure the proper organization of the showroom.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized showroom.
• Monitor and maintain showroom inventory.
• Coordinate with the warehousing officer regarding orders, inventory count, and branch stock replenishment.
• Coordinate between the service advisor and the garage supervisor regarding the technical services and repairs done and required for the customer’s vehicles.
• Assist Service Advisor in sales and perform cross-sales with customers when needed
• Assist Service Advisor in product search.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisor on
• Perform invoices and process cash transactions.
• Ensure necessary parts are requested and received from suppliers on time.
• Any other task assigned.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
• 0-3 years of experience junior service advisor position, or any similar position.
• University Degree (Business, or relevant degree)
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Good follow-up and organization skills
• Attention to details
• Multitasker
