1. Monitors the proper functioning of machines
2. Monitors and control products shelf life and prevents product expiration.
3. Replaces the Floor Supervisor during his absence (Whenever and wherever the position is applied)
4. Makes sure that all staff are well groomed and presentable respecting dress code.
5. Supervises the opening & closing of the store respecting all log sheet and checklists.
6. Handles the daily inventory items as well as the monthly one.
7. Places and prepares daily order sheet and makes sure sending it to the Roaster / CPU / Warehouse making sure that all items are available in stock.
8. Identifies areas of development and detects gaps with respect to the sales turnover and targets.
9. Fills a daily transfers In/Out of any item.
10. Makes sure that all customers are well greeted, guided and fare welled
