Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Flutter
Custom Animation Developer to deliver smooth and intuitive UI animations on
a project-basis. In this role, you'll be responsible
for developing, and delivering custom
animations using the Flutter framework based on business requirement documentation.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with designers and developers to create
visually appealing and interactive user interfaces
using custom animations.
2. Develop high-performance, custom animation
solutions utilizing Flutter's built-in animation
libraries such as AnimationController, Tween, and
AnimatedBuilder.
3. Write clear, maintainable, and efficient code
adhering to our development standards.
4. Document functions, integrations, and usage of the
custom animations for easy implementation into client
projects.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and
clients, providing regular updates on progress and
addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
6. Ensure all custom animations are cross-platform
compatible and accessible to users with various
disabilities.
7. Maintain and update existing animation code as
necessary for performance improvements or new
features.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in developing Flutter
applications, preferably including experience creating
custom animations.
2. Strong understanding of Flutter's built-in
animation libraries and their application.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative
mindset for designing unique and engaging user
experiences.
4. Proficiency in Dart programming language and a
solid grasp of object-oriented design principles.
5. Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best
practices for creating inclusive applications.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills,
including the ability to document your work
effectively.
7. Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and
technologies as they emerge in the Flutter ecosystem.
