- Service the clients at the retail outlets and provide the right advice and recommend / introduce new items for purchase.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly target set by a predefined table according to Showroom sales and employee’s salary.
- Ensure Sales Orders SO and transfers are entered on LS Retail and updated on NAV system & follow the correct operation process.
- Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated
- Ensure proper display of items, price tags ….
- Implement the showroom items according to the approved R&D rooms and visual merchandising plan at all times.
- Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.
- Make sure to control daily and maintain proper display of Labels and QR tags in his assigned showroom zone.
- Make sure to maintain the showroom & desks clean at all times.
- Continuous Update of CRM & NAV regarding all customer activities.
Reporting & Coordinating with Showroom Supervisor regarding SO, delivery, staff issues to be solved immediately
