• Female between 31 and 45 years old
• Very presentable
• Holding a university degree
• Excellent English & computer skills
• Previous experience in a Reception Manager role within a busy, high profile, high quality restaurant .
• Have previous experience and a genuine passion for creating an excellent guest experience and developing relationships with high profile and VIP members
• Impeccable appearance, an engaging personality and the ability to remain calm at all times
• Have the ability to multi task and effectively react to changing customer needs
• Be a natural and confident communicator and possess an excellent command of the English language
• Be organised and motivated and see tasks through to completion
• Be an excellent team player with good administration skills


Tasks:

Welcoming and interacting with our guests in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport to encourage their repeat custom;

Effectively managing reservations and walk-ins to maximize covers during service;

Handling face to face, telephone and email queries in a polite, professional and diplomatic manner.
