Role Overview:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility. You'll be responsible for overseeing the sanitation team and ensuring all areas are kept clean and compliant with our standards.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday / 48 hours per week / Day & Night shifts.


Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 10 cleaning employees, consisting of both citizens and foreign employees
• Oversee the daily activities of the sanitation team
• Monitor the cleanliness of the facility, including production areas, equipment, and common areas, through regular inspections
• Provide training and guidance to sanitation staff on cleaning procedures and equipment use
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including schedules, completed tasks, and inspection results
• Report any issues or incidents related to sanitation to the Quality Manager

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sanitation, food safety, or related fields are a plus
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
