The Position is for an AutoCAD operator or an interior designer to design commercial kitchens for

restaurants/hotels and other private and public projects. As well as the design of laundry and fitness

facilities for hotels and other related projects.

The candidate will be trained on how to prepare these designs and will be trained on preparing bill of

quantities and pricing for such projects.

Duties include:

 Preparing designs for company projects, local or international using AutoCAD.

 Preparing Bill of quantities for company projects, local or international using Microsoft Office Tools

such as excel, word etc.…

 Communicating with clients or vendors for acquiring information to complete designs or offers.

 Communication with suppliers if asked by management to acquire information to complete

designs or offers.

 Filing project documents in soft and hard copies as per company filing policies.

 When required and at the company’s request, will visit client sites to take measurements of

locations related to company projects. (travel arrangements/expenses will be responsibility of the

company)

Skills

• Expert in AutoCAD
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic Mathematics knowledge.
• Can read and type in English and Arabic properly.
