What We're Looking For

An experienced finalizer with eagle eye vision who will help with conceptualizing, designing and producing materials in digital formats for film, television and videos & social for our clients.

As a Finalizer, you play a key role in bringing our brand message and vision to our customers across multiple platforms.

We are looking for a passionate team player that has an in depth understanding of digital landscape, creative trends and tools to join our team. The ideal candidate for our team has a problem-solving mentality, is able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively with an eye for detail, works well under pressure of deadline, and thrives on collaboration and teamwork.

We work on a variety of formats: website banners, CRM emails, social content, out of home advertising and in-store executions. We are looking for a versatile thinker that can translate concepts across many platforms, formats and sizes.

To Succeed In This Role, You Need To

  • Provides a clear direction for the team in support of business objectives.
  • Finalizing files and artworks for all the jobs with pixel perfection and speed.
  • Adapting artworks into many sizes.
  • Incorporating quick changes recommended by the clients into the final design within the constraints of time.
  • Ensuring all work produced adheres to specified guidelines.
  • Preparing file for printing upon request; identify the size and the form with file.
  • Developing graphics and material for presentations upon Art Directors request.
  • Carryings out work as briefed, unless variations to brief are requested.
  • Coordinating with the Creative Team of Art Directors and Designers.
  • Has ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Retouching images when necessary.
  • Ensuring that the graphics created are compatible with existing content and the brand image of the clients
  • Creating storyboards, edit designs and animations.
  • Executing all retouching and Photoshop works on all images used in the layout and design of all publications and materials completed by the Creative Team.
  • Staying up to date on social and digital updates and innovations.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Preparing printing and other reproduction specifications (select ink, paper, and print quality); inspect proofs for accuracy; recommend contractors (typesetters, printers, illustrators)
  • Working with a wide range of media graphic design software and techniques who is an expert in Adobe illustrator and Photoshop. Aftereffects is a plus.
  • Responsible for rolling out multiple formats, sizes and specs of any given creative quickly and efficiently
  • Thinking creatively to develop new efficiencies, templates and workflows to create synergies in the creative process

Qualifications

    • Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Finalizer, Production Artist, or in a similar role within an advertising or design agency.
    • Skills:
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
      • Strong understanding of pre-press and digital production processes.
      • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
      • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
      • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
      • Familiarity with motion graphics and video production is a plus.
    • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in finalizing a variety of design projects.
