A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Sales Director.


Main Duties:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the forex industry.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.

  • Provide training, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Act as a point of contact for major accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and market expansion initiatives.

  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Manage risks associated with sales and client relationships.

Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the forex industry or a related financial sector.

  • Deep understanding of forex trading and market dynamics.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.

  • Fluency in English.
